Moss can also work its way in-between your tiles and during cold weather, this can expand and cause your tiles to move and crack. During strong winds and heavy rainfall, moss can also find it way into the gutters which causes blockages.
Ashcombe roofing offer a complete roof cleaning service, we do not use pressure washers on your roof as this can cause more damage than good. We always recommend brushing your roof of moss and debris then applying a biocide to kill off any vegetation left over.

Ashcombe did a wonderful job on our roof. They came very promptly to quote for the verge to be repaired after tiles had come loose and fallen down. Out of courtesy he came round first thing the next morning to remove the loose tiles still on the roof so that it was secure. The job was completed to a very high standard and kept us updated of the work going on, overall we couldn't fault them in any way. Excellent service provided!
